Return Policy
Deals on Radio offers a 10-day, money-back guarantee on almost all merchandise. The exception is for "expired" merchandise.
For example, if you purchase tickets to an event and wish to return them PRIOR to the event AND within the 10-day, money-back
guarantee period, you will be eligible for a refund. However, if you wish to return the tickets AFTER the event but prior
to the 10-day, money-back guarantee period, no refund will be issued. In all cases, the returned certificates or tickets
must be in the possession of Deals on Radio within the 10-day, money-back guarantee period prior to a refund being issued.
Shipping Policy
The actual merchandise is not shipped to you. Typically, the next business day following your purchase, certificates are mailed from the
Deals on Radio offices to your ship to address. You present the certificate at the vendor's place of business for redemption.
