.When will my certificate arrive?
Once your order is completed, we will process it and then mail your items to you. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for processing and shipment of your order.
Are there any stipulations?
Possibly. If the vendor has any restrictions of use on the certificates, they will be displayed in the item description page under restrictions. Please contact the vendors directly to confirm any restrictions.
Can I purchase my certificates at the radio station?
No, certain items are not available at all locations. All orders MUST be shipped.
Can my money or credit card purchase be refunded?
Possibly, there are instances it is allowed.
How do I get my certificates when I purchase them online?
The certificate(s) will be sent to you in the mail when you purchase them online or by phone with a credit card. Please plan accordingly with any reservations or appointments that are made. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for processing and shipment of your order.
I bought a certificate and now the business is no longer in business, can I get a refund?
Yes and no. If you purchased the certificate three or more months prior to the closing of the establishment, Deals on Radio is not responsible. No exchanges, refunds, or replacements will be offered. If you purchased the certificate and have had less than three months to use it, Deals on Radio will issue an exchange, or refund back onto the card used to make the purchase.
I haven't received my certificates? What should I do?
We ask to please allow a minimum of 5 - 7 business days for processing and shipment, but on rare occassions it may take up to 14 days. If it has been over 14 days and you have not received your order, please contact email@example.com to resolve the issue.
I lost my certificate, can I get a new one?
No, Deals on Radio is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
Is my credit card secure?
Is there a limit on the number of certificates I can buy?
Yes and No. Some have limits and some do not, but they may have restrictions to the customers to use only one per visit, per group, per individual, etc. Each vendor is unique in what is available and of certain quantity. If there are any limits or restrictions, they will be listed on the item description page.
Is there a service charge for an online purchase?
When you go to purchase a certificate, there maybe a charge for shipping and handling. It will display a charge if one is applicable.
My certificate is expired, can I get a refund or exchange it for something else?
No. All sales are final, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered for expired certificates.
